David A. Urbancic joined the law firm of Ibold & O’Brien in 2024.
Mr. Urbancic’s practice covers a wide variety of legal work, including business formation and management, contract negotiation, real estate transactions and litigation, civil litigation, estate planning, and criminal defense work.
Mr. Urbancic earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Liberal Arts from Thomas Aquinas College in 2021 and his J.D. degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2024.
Mr. Urbancic represents clients from Geauga, Lake, Ashtabula, Cuyahoga, and other counties in state and federal cases.
Prior to his employment at Ibold and O’Brien, Mr. Urbancic spent time working for the Ohio House of Representatives and the United States Senate. His work included business and technology research, legislation review, and policy discussion.
Mr. Urbancic’s education also includes international affairs. He studied European Union law during a semester in the United Kingdom and national security in a unique and hands-on class during his final year at The Ohio State University.
